The Provisional Government was created and lasted for a brief duration of a couple of months, in one of the most pre-eminent time periods of the 20th century, resulting in the collapse of the previous Russian administrative system and resulting in the Marxist-Leninist regime that later developed into the Stalinist USSR. The purpose of this convention is to attempt to resolve the issues that had previously come up during and following the two Russian Revolutions of 1918, bearing in mind the errors made in history, and attempting to recreate and deviate from the historical status quo towards an alternative historical route.
