Dementors, trolls, broomsticks and charms; welcome to the Wizarding World. This Joint Cabinet Crisis between the Death Eaters and the Order of Phoenix takes place in the Harry Potter universe in 1980, before Voldemort’s prophecy-fulfilling attack on the Potters in Godric’s Hollow. One committee will be a simulation of the highest echelon of Death Eaters, headed by Lord Voldemort and set at the Malfoy Manor. Their ultimate goal will be to assume complete control of both the wizarding and Muggle worlds. Meanwhile, the members of the Order of the Phoenix, meeting at Sirus Black's manor, will fight to keep Britain safe and free. Delegates will face a series of crises, some that result from the actions of the other committee and some that occur independently. The challenges are supernatural; the opportunities, for both sides, magical.
