From Snow White to Freaky Friday, the Walt Disney Motion Pictures Group, a subsidiary of Disney Corp, shapes a large portion of the entertainment industry, as one of Hollywood's largest, and most active film studios. Delegates, representing Board Members of the Group's Executive Committee, and in charge of their own respective branches of the company, will shape corporate strategy, green-lighting pictures, advertising, competing with other studios, and making a myriad of other management choices. The committee will grapple with the entertainment industry's most pervasive conundrum: the delicate balance between good art and good business. Applying the strategic to the creative, this exciting business simulation will test delegates' skills of decision-making, deal-brokerage and corporate competition.
